Should be 100 but its only on 7.2
100Mbs is broadband speed over optical fibre and ethernet cable as far as the Hub, not WiFi from it.
BT Halo 3+ Ultrafast FTTP (500Mbs), BT Smart Hub 2

Sky used to be reliable but now just as rubbish as the rest of the providers. When you test they say everything is working fine but signal drops constantly and doesn't work from one room to another

@BROBBare you able to test the speed to the hub using an ethernet cable to a computer? If the speed is OK at the hub, then the issue with slow or lack of WiFi coverage could be addressed by Sky's extenders or booost equipment.
My ISP does not supply any hub/router, so all network issues fall on the customer.
While I can understand some Sky customers complaining about WiFi coverage around their home, Sky has 5.5 million customers, many I suspect just want a plug and play solution. Sky supplied hubs, meet the majority of their customers' needs.
If I were to join Sky's broadband, I would still use my own network mesh equipment.
