An engineer called today and fixed loose wires in junction box near front door after me reporting internet and WiFi dipping in and out all yesterday constantly everywhere few minutes sometimes seconds. I've come home tonight and it's still doing same and orange light on hub constantly going out with internet off. I cannot use my internet for second day running. Please help immediately. Thanks

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Onig nobody can do anything immeadiatly. If the work done by the engineer has not cleared the fault call Sky and report that to them so they can get Openreach out again which will take sometime to arrange. You are are buying a domestic connection which has a 2 working day SLA and given the recent bad weather thecengineers are very busy fixing faults.
