Hi, my internet is crap. I can't even carry out a teams call for work when 1 other person is on a device. I need this sorted.

Furst thing to understand is whether the issue is slow broadband to your hub or lousy wifi in your home. Thecfirst is guaranteed by Sky and is easily checked by using the service checker in the My Sky app clicking on the Brioadband link and it shoukd show tge current speed recent history and tge guaranteed spedd fir your connection. If speedsxare belowctge guarantee tgen it should offer more help.
Slow wifi is more difficult that is primarily down to the layout and type of construction of your home which are things Sky cannot control. If using your connection for video calls using an Ethernet cablecto your devicecis always sensible if that is possible. Beyond tgst you are into spending money to get better wifi.
