My internet isn't working and hasn't worked since it was installed yesterday

@JustFixIt1 you are not talking to Sky by posting in this forum so you need to call them report the issue so it can be fixed.

@JustFixIt1 Who installed it, and was yesterday the day for sky activating the connection as you do not say!
