My internet hasn't been installed
Our internet, which was supposed to be installed last Friday, hasn’t been set up, and no one has gotten back to us

Im 6 weeks in Broad band was eventually connected last week but still no phone line. When I call them they say it has been installed and I have to call them from home but I have no mobile signal or phone line that they should have installed. Im just worn out with fighting them, no one wants to take responsibilty and just frorward you to a different department.
If anyoune ever find a human who is willing to help please please let me know

@Tryingtogetby Did you get a Full Fibre or a Copper connected installation? New one no matter what will more than likely be full digital and the phone landline connects into the back off the sky Hub!

@Tryingtogetby Sorry what has not be allocated to you! Sky have the line and if Fibre they would have detailed a Phone number, you will see that displayed on a bill or you need to contact sky to find out what it is!
