My internet constantly dropping out literally all the time and as I have sky glass no tv

My internet constantly keeps dropping out and as I have sky glass my tv then stops working so I have no internet and no tv all the time

My broadband has stopped working since 1 am. Outage in my area it says. No warning fron sky. Message says it will take couple of days to fix. Some kind of a jokes

If there is an outage in your area (and it's not overnight maintenance taking place), I'm not sure how Sky could have pre-warned you. Any outage will be passed to Openreach for investigation. 

Two working days is the standard fix time given by Openreach. The below link explains the Ofcom agreed auto compensation scheme which Sky operates for when there is a TOTAL loss of Sky Broadband or Sky Talk.

If you have a total loss of service and it isn’t fixed after two full WORKING days from when you notify Sky of the fault, you will become eligible for it. It’s applied 30 days after the fault has been repaired and will come in the form of a credit appearing on your Sky account (new rates apply from 01/04/24 of £9.76 per day).
