My internet connection is poor

My internet connection is poor, i al trying to watch a film and it keeps pausing to load. I live in a 2 bedroom bungalow the weather is fine this shouldn't be happening. I pay enough money each month to get "good quality" so far it's been nothing but poor

Mine is the same, ok throughout the day though as soon as it gets to night time no chance of watching a film or anything  without it buffering drives me mad, I'm supposed to have the top sky package as well!!!!
