My internet been down 3 days

I rang 3 days ago to say my internet was down i recieved an email today to say equipment will be with me in next few days i was told an engineer would be coming sunday which is long enough to be going without it as it is as that will be a week im paying for a service im not getting if this engineer doesnt come im going to be so annoyed

@Jemma5 If sky have informed you that is the plan then just keep an eye on it! Seems a little unusual for both new and an Engineer!
