My house phone has a message stating out of range

I have set up a new sky broadband hub but my house phone won't work

If that's a BT 'Digital Voice' branded device then unfortunately it's only compatible with the voice service provided by BT Broadband.

@ZORAN1  If it's not a BT Wifi phone then It sounds like the handset has lost connection with the base station rather than any Sky broadband related issue.

You'll need to read the user manual to pair the phone back to the base station.

No not digital basic but cordless phone , says will only work with Internet. Box set up as instructed

If it's a SIP/VoIP phone then that's also not going to work with Sky Talk Internet Calls.
