My download speed is not correlating with my broadband subscription

I have the gigabyte but I'm getting 110 download speed on my game it's even worse I am have 7.5 mbs download speed

@Quadri1 Run the service checker see what sky see of your system broadband will show you the last 30 day's, the download game speed you have may just be that download server is not able to, the rest may be fine! Quick check on mine speed is about 450 on a FF500 line currently 9.04 pm.
