Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Nay1989 it is not clear from your post what your issue is but connecting devices to a Sky hub should be straightforward. Go into your devices network menu select the network name thst matches the one on the hub's label and then type the Wifi passcode exactly as given on the same label. That should work unless somebody has manually changed the details or the device has got confused.
