My connection keeps disconnecting

My connection keeps disconnecting all day and it's really frustrating. I had switched off and on my box before it reconnects and even tried the test via my app severally but to no avail.

Im the same, grate service sky provides, 

"Stuff you pay for every month not working, we don't care ask other people that don't work for us for help"we have your money (evil laugh)

Total joke no Internet for 3 days now, can't even talk to a human on the phone for help, I think I'll be changing providers.

Yep. Down over the weekend too, happened last Sunday too, magically fine come Monday morning so will see. Will be seeking a refund for the days of no internet.
