@Debbie7979

Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

My house has very thick walls my wifi hub is in my kitchen at my back door had to buy a wifi repeater from amazon to help the wifi reach the whole of my house but it keeps dropping out numerous times it drops out on my mobile phone I need to turn the wifi off in my settings then connect it again multiple times a day .

Re: My broadband

@Debbie7979 Sorry, the question asked and not answered does not help solve anything for you, would suggest that you look at powerline with the Wireless/Wired range!

A Repeater is only good if you have a good wireless wi-fi signal or the repeater type is able to work with the sky hub, not knowing either as you do not say then cannot advise you what is best! Take a look at the powerline range linked below!
