My broadband was due to be activated on January 10th but there was a problem with the line

My broadband was due to be connected on 10th of January, however there was a problem with the line. I was told it would be sorted within the next 2 days but as I guessed nothing happened no communication at all. I really need this sorted.

You'll need to contact Sky and see if they've had any further update from Openreach regarding the delay. Unfortunately it's not an uncommon situation.
