My broadband keeps getting disconnected

What's the problem and how can it be solved Is because I have and hub do I need a knew one been with you guys for 7 years or more I need this problem to be solved please because it can't go like this no more

Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

My broadband still not working keeps disconnected all the time are you guys going to fix this or we done i can't have disconnected all the time 24/7

@Gsenaj You may not be aware but when you post on the Forum you are not taking to anyone from sky, the About at the top of the page explains it all! Start there and have a read!

 

If you still need further help then you need to say what you have and what the problem is... If you do not know and wish further help then it is a call to sky, but would run the diagnostic link below as it may just find out what is going on!
