My broadband keep's dropping so I can't get on my remote exams

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@AVAS83 if you are in one of the areas which had the heavy rain yesterday that is likely to be the cause. In practice even if you call Sky now and they report the issue to Openreach it will be Tuesday next week before much happens so unfortunately youbwill havecto find some other way of connecting to your exams.
