Hi I've had no internet since Friday I have 2 disabled people and a pensioner in our home please help! 
We don't get 4G as in a poor signal area I've tried re-setting and that doesn't work it says our signal has dropped please help.

Ive came round to my sister as I can get WiFi at her house.
