My broadband is slow

I am getting download speeds of 13 to 14 Mbps ands i should be getting about 56 Mbps.Why is it so slow.

I am paying £34.25 per month for this service.

I see you are promoting a service of 61 Mbps for £26 per month.

I feel I am being ripped off and am thinking of changing my contract on the renewal date of 08/-04/2025.

It is up to you what you do but if you want some help with this then you will need to call Sky and report this to them.

 

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.

Hi thanks for your advice

I was eventually put through to a human because I told the bot I was thinking about leaving.

Nice chat, Got a new contract with up to 151Mbps, with min of 100.The overall cost of the contact is £9.00 per month cheaper.

They come to fit new fibre cables and boxes in March.
