My broadband is down

I’ve been having issues with my broadband for a while with low speed 26.3 mg/s since the 10th October I phoned up the other day and did all the checks and it was still low. I received an email today to say it was all fine. I checked and my speed had gone back up to 46.5 however now it's completely dropped WiFi

Try running this line test to see if it finds any faults:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.
