My booster is not connected

Can somebody please help me with a booster issue? My booster has power and Wi-Fi connection but it is not connected.

@Juksie23 by definition if the booster has power and wifi it is connected so what is the problem? Not every Sky booster works with every Sky hub for example the new white hubs dont work with older Sky boosters they need their matched pod boosters.
