My account wont show me updates on my order.
I have recently purchased sky broadband and I have activated my account but it won't show me my details it's saying it's restricted. My sky box arrived but my OR engineer didn't show up today. Should I call the help line or will it sort it's self out ? I also had no notification telling a new date that they will come.
