Hi,

 

My broadband is not working, Can this be looked at as we are now having consistent issues.

Same here! I've been trying to fix it for nearly 3 hours. The Sky service checker says "There's an outage in your area. We're working on getting you back up and running. It usually takes a couple of days to fix things like this but might be sooner."

@IanH8  & @Tiffany925  what is the first part of your postcodes to see if it is an bigger outage or not related at all.

@Tiffany925  & @littleonexo It looks like there is an area wide outage in the Cambridge area with the postcodes you gave the community. With one being North-West and the other the South of the county seems that Openreach have their work cut out for them over the coming days.
