the problem may last for a few seconds or a minute. I've run all the checks which shows no issues. the problems persists and happens several times a day, then no problems for a day or two. The following is a sample of the error log.

I'm in West Sussex
I suspect it's a damaged line due to all the recent storms, but I can't find a way of logging it with sky

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@cjg21 youhave to call Sky today but the lines will be very busy as there are not as many agents working due to the holiday.
