My Wifi keeps dropping out

the problem may last for a few seconds or a minute. I've run all the checks which shows no issues. the problems persists and happens several times a day, then no problems for a day or two. The following is a sample of the error log.

where in the UK are you, I am having the same issue and I am wondering if its nationwide?

I'm in West Sussex 

I suspect it's a damaged line due to all the recent storms, but I can't find a way of logging it with sky

@cjg21 youhave to call Sky today but the lines will be very busy as there are not as many agents working due to the holiday.

We have similar issue very stuttery and freezing frames with out of lip sync very bad at mo we r in maidenhead Berks Got lip sync back by using settings going to pics and sounds and changing to 20 Oms from zero
