My Wifi is offline

Hi. My Wifi is offline again, it has been offline for a while and I've gone through all of the steps to fix it however it will not work. My router is making a strange ticking noise, thank you.

The ticking noise is sometimes reported by users when the DSL modem inside the hub is trying to connect to the line. 

Have you tried running the line test in the My Sky app?

I've managed to fix it by using that now. Thank you 😊. It just seems to be a reoccuring issue....
