My wifi hasn't been working for 5 weeks now it's ridiculous as I'm paying for it

@Caseymay Is there an area fault, or what have sky said about it, long delays can happen for repairs, or is this just a new fault and you a raising it now!

NO ! It is not a fault in the area which I keep resetting my box and nothing has changed it still isn't working this is ridiculous
