My WiFi stopped working

WiFi internet stopped working since last 30 minutes or so ..I am using my mobile data to submit this problem statement . I live in Reading area @Skybroadband

@Andy34 Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.


After the service checker completes and if it comes back green all good can you click on broadband to run an updated test please. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

We live in Reading (RG30) and we have no WiFi either. We live in a block of flats and other residents who also use Sky Broadband are reporting the same problem. Its saying connected but no Internet. Rebooting hasn't helped either.

While I test my wifi using my mobile data it is showing there is no issue but while I am trying to connect WiFi it is showing message no internet

@Andy34  Are you clicking on the broadband button within the service checker and not Wi-Fi?

Hi, no WiFi since 4:45 pm at RG30 area. It's says connected but not WiFi, connected through mobile data. Any update @skybroadbad

Same here in west Reading from about the same time, spent an hour on the phone with Sky who eventually booked an engineer, first date for an appointment was 20th August

Yep, definitely using the broadband  checker and it says no problems which clearly isn't the case. Connected to the router but no Internet access.

This is not working. Have reset and restarted, but not working. Can someone check and update.
