@VvEmanuele Had the same type issue with a Samsung phone, download would drop and stay down, reseting the wireless off/on in the phone itself, back up to the full 500 again, turned out to be weak wireless wi-fi signal and i would honestly say that no way it was that as an issue, new AP fitted phone has never done it once again after that!

Hello Jim, thanks fors sharing your experience.
For AP phone fitted what do you mean? How did you fixed this issue? I have ordere also an extender but I doubt will solve the problem..I am very disappointed even because I paid a premium for the max hub which simply is not delivering the promises

@VvEmanuele Sorry do not use any sky Max equipment, refused to have or entertain it in any way shape or form.
My access point's (AP) by the short name are all Asus. The Samsung A54 phone was a curve ball, i honestly did not think that the wireless wi-fi signal was not sufficient to deliver the goods, took me 4 weeks off testing moving and trying, was an easy fix, wireless off/on and it returned to the full download speed instantly when back on, then random at any time if it got slow that was easy to see, speed off the download in the toilet and would never ever recover on it's own. The wife's A32 never faultered, it was just this stupid A54 and it had all been fine before, only change was the sky Hub removed and the Network connected direct on the Fibre ONT plus the phone was virtually always connected via the Asus and hardly ever to the SR203 sky Hub.
Just bought another AP, meshed it to my Asus system and not once nada has it ever done it again.

@VvEmanuele If you have done the booster option, i do hope that you have ordered from sky one of there pod's, i would not advise any other from seeing the response to what is going on with the sky Max hub and it's auto channeling, not may AP's will work up the higher frequency range, so not having any Max or Pod's then really could not say what would happen if the 5Ghz shifted channel range.
