My WiFi speed has dropped from 31.2 13.4 from 26th Feb done check said ok but display we have proble

Evening my being having problem with downloading did check says my speed has dropped from 31.2. 13.4 speed did sky check said no problem with connection to hub but still saying we have problem can't download so slow how do we fix this
