My WiFi seems to not connect for a hour or so from 3am roughly for a couple hours most nights no connection to my ring cameras and Alexa ? This happens most nights !

That could happen if maintenance is taking place on your line.

Find out more@Moo13 if you get breaks every night between 2.30am amd 5.45am on devices using wifi and you have Sky Q boxes the cause can be those boxes going into eco standby that turns off their wifi which will disconnect any devices using their wifi hotspot. This can be simoly sorted by changing the Q box's standby setting to active or none.

I have the same issue but this hasn't helped.
Some of the devices going offline are nearer my hub than sky Q box too.
what else could cause this problem and any more ideas on how I sort it?
My security cameras also now go offline at same time which is weird, and worrying as that's the time we probably needed them!

Mine is happening the same. Fibre will randomly drop for no reason and takes an age to reconnect 😭

Find out more@LJ217 `Sky and Openreach do some housekeeping activities over night which can drop connections briefly around 2.30am but if you have Q boxes definitely change their standby settings to active or none as by far the most likely issue. There no other timed events that Sky hubs have unless the user has programmed them.
No isp can promise 24/7 coverage if you consider you need that you should invest in a system with an intenal sim card fortunately few of us need tgst level of security.

Thank you so much for the response Chrisee, I'm certainly going to try this.
unfortunately I have a smart home and when sky fibre max just drops with no warning, I live in the countryside with no phone reception so I am left stranded. If it is going to continue and I can't resolve it, I will end all my contracts with Sky 😓
