@simon49 what do the lights on the Sky hub show see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start? If the line is staying connected the issue is likely to becthe WiFi signal in your home. WiFi conditions can vary especially if you are close to your neighbours as interference is a major issue. Rebooting uour hub may work as thst will make it find tge best channel to use. 

It is worth trying to improve signal levels by making sure the hub is as close as you can get it to where you need the signal and out in the open on a surface so its signal isn't blicked by radiators erc. However in many homes you msy have to invest in extra kit whether something you rent like Sky's WiFi Max psckage or buy third party kit yourself.

Hi I had to re boot the sky hub several times until it found a better channel seems ok now!
