My WiFi is really bad

My WiFi signal is really bad and as I am on 1 gigafast the Internet is very poor

WiFi is not 'the internet': the fastest broadband connection used on a wireless device will drop to zero megabits per second through a few walls or more than a few dozen metres of open air from the router.

Sky loans wireless booster hardware free under the terms of the 'WiFi Guarantee' element of 'Broadband Boost' and the 'Enhanced Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee' part of the 'WiFi Max' subscription supplement: they don't otherwise provide or sell them except to resolve issues with Sky Q. Inevitably some have leaked onto a certain auction site, but Sky won't offer support with using these.  Confusingly the 'Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee' doesn't actually provide booster hardware, and is essentially a sales lead generator for the supplements mentioned above.

My wifi is also shocking this afternoon, I've tested my broadband and no issues found, it's not usually this bad.

Not happy I am send this message on 4G signal I am using all my data because my signal is terrible

Poor WiFi coverage is probably the most common question we get in the forum. In many homes a single Sky hub cannot provide a usable wifi signal in every room due to the layout and type of construction of the property especially in older homes. Assuming the hub is in the best possible position which is out in the open on a surface then the only answer is additional wifi sources. 

Your choice.is to either buy Sky's add-on WiFi Max bundle which can supply up to 3 extenders see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max or buy your own wifi system and use that instead of the Sky hub's WiFi.
