My WiFi is not working

The WiFi is on. I have tried to reset this, still does not work, the only amber light is the one that says. "Voice" 

it still comes up on my phone that I am connected but it does not work, my tv's say it won't connect to WiFi.

@Laurareeson power down your Sky hubs for an hour which should sort this fault which sounds to be with Sky's servers not allowing data to pass.
