My WiFi is not working

I have no WiFi working. 
Got the left and right lights on green. 
Middle light flashing Orange every 40seconds. 
No devices in home have WiFi. 
Have reset modem and turned power off several times. 
Also turned power off the Sky Q box for 30seconds several times with no success. 
Done a check on line as advised only for it to shown that everything is working with a green tick. 
please advise. Thank you.

The flashing is a give away for an external fault

 

In addition if your hub is a sky q hub then it needs updated by december

 

Call sky regarding both
