My WiFi is not working even though the checker says everything is OK.

My internet is yet again not working. Two yellow lights are flashing instead of all green. When looking for help online I am taken to the WiFi checker which claims everything is OK which clearly it's is not as I have no Internet. Not the first time this has happened.
