My WiFi is extremely poor
I've phoned several times over the past 2 years about how bad my WiFi has been since you changed it to fibre optic! I've done every reboot known to man including the hard reboot and nothing has made a difference!
I need an engineer to come out and look at or change the cables or whatever it is that is causing the poor signal.
We never have more than 70mbps when checked on fast.com! We're using all of our mobile data just to get by day to day and it's just not on!!
Im seriously considering changing my broadband provider to one that actually works!!
yours
Annoyed!

Re: My WiFi is extremely poor
@Andrewpaula12 you are not talking to Sky by posting in the forum. I assume you arexaware that if you use a speed test like Fast.com on a device connected by wifi you often end up just measuring the wifi speed from the hub to the device?
What productcare you buying from Sky as Full Fibre services vary from around 70Mb/s up to 900Mb/s? You can check the speed Sky's tests show by running the service checker in the My Sky app and clicking to test the broadband. You will see the current speed to the hub, the minimum guaranteed speed and tge recent history. To dispute those speeds you would need to run a speedtest in controlled circumstances with only a single device connected to the hub by a gigabit ethernet cable.
