My WiFi is dropping over 4 weeks

Hi I. Having an issue with my WiFi, asit is dropping all the time and it's very frustrating to do or watch a anything I have done everything, unplugged an restarted,,but not better I was also going to ask how long is my broadand contract ? As this last 4 weeks were pretty stressful to say the least Many thanks Maria
