I need to be sent a new WiFi router asap my kids are not happy lol

@Treeny85  Your kids not being happy is not a reason for a new hub, you're saying in your title it's broke, perhaps you could explain more?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

This is a customer helps customer forum and you aren’t talking to Sky Customer Services on here.

 

Youll need to contact Sky who I'm sure will try some troubleshooting first before considering sending an engineer or a new router. What makes you believe it's broken?
