My Sky says there is a problem with Sky Hub delivery

I have oredered Sky Hub and was told it would be here today. My Sky says there is a problem with the delivery and I should contact Sky through this Communication/Community.... I phoned Sky to ask about why My Sky says there is a problem with the delivery but then on the phone the lady says to go to My Sky - its a endless loop of pass the buck. I am a 17 year VIP customer with no customer service ,,,,,,,

Your Sky tenure is irrelevant here. Hubs are dispatched and delivered by Royal Mail and as the Community is made up of fellow customers we can't say what the problem is. 

Call again. Calls to Sky will initially be automated which may try to send you here to the forum, offer you online help or offer to send you a text. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.

My query is totally relevant given the fact that Sky directed my only form of query here. So whats the story[Removed]?? Clearly SKY is not dealing with a legitimate query [Removed]
