My Sky q box won’t connect to my Sky internet

I've had both my Sky router and Sky Q box for a number of years. Suddenly today the box has stopped connecting to the router. I've gone through online diagnostics, turned everything off and back on again and nothing has worked. My internet is working fine on other devices.

Same thing is happening to me. Been trying to connect for over an hour. Turned everything off, tried resetting, unplugged all cables. Nothing seems to work.

Me too new router delivered today. Other sky mini works but not the second one
