Whenevr I run the broadband service chcker (from my Sky app or website), I always get an error after "connecting to your hub"
Further tests are done and states "all is fixed" but still cannot get connected to the hub (mainly for speed checks).
Service is running fine and I can log directly into the router using 192.168.x.x
Any ideas how to "fix" the app access issue?
