My Sky Service Checker fails to connect to Hub

Whenevr I run the broadband service chcker (from my Sky app or website), I always get an error after "connecting to your hub"

Further tests are done and states "all is fixed" but still cannot get connected to the hub (mainly for speed checks).

Service is running fine and I can log directly into the router using 192.168.x.x

Any ideas how to "fix" the app access issue?

@Kevin+BarnettSometimes this just fixes itself because of the server it is trying to connect to, but other times it has been found that a router restart is needed.

Has been like this for weeks now.

Done a router restart and no difference

@Kevin+BarnettHad this issue in the past myself, but not in sometime. Normally I do power down the router and then let it boot back up as normal when returing the power.
