My Sky Hub hasn’t arrived yet…
I recently ordered broadband and as I've just moved house however, my sky hub still hasn't arrived and the engineer is due on Thursday 12th November. I've checked the app and I still don't have a dispatch date. I'm worried.

Hubs for new activations are normally dispatched via Royal Mail to arrive a few days prior to the activation date. Once sent out you can usually track its progress.
