My Sky App Broadband Hub Features Unavailable

Within n the My Sky app, on the Broadband options, I am constantly getting the message, "Some of the Broadband Hub features are currently unavailable. Please try again later." I have Max. I can't do any of the hub/device controls as a result. Nothing seems wrong or outstanding. Rebooted router.

This sounds like an account issue so you would need to call Sky to get it resolved.

Who knows. I contacted sky who said it needed escalation.

 

No one contacted me, but 2 days later, there we go, "My Devices" "Device Priority" turn up.....

@ADA44Your sky Max hub is closely tied to your account, both have to be correct, so does sound like sky fixed the account side so now your hub to your app and to your account all seem to be gelling together!
