@itsatoucher1 there are few posdibleccauses first simply the PC is out of range of the hub you can test for this by seeing if a phone pkaced near tge PC also loses connection - if it does you need a booster
The wecond is the PC's wifi card's network set up is faulty certainly try to update its driver and check thst it is not set to go into low power mode.
Therecare other possibilities including thefaxt you mat find a cheap usb wifi adapter might work better.
