My Internet connects but has no internet.

We have fiber to home but the red light for fault is illuminated on the white box inside the house.

@Gordon351 the red light indicates the ONT is not receiving an optical signal. If the test does not indicateca local outage call Sky so they can get Openreaxh to check the fibre network.
