As above. It impacts my streaming and downloads and it's very frustrating. I end up paying Sky just to use my own data. An engineer has come to outside our property and they said it was resolved but it keeps happening.
All the other questions asked on this topic are not helpful and don't actually offer a solution.

We have the same and complained and paying for a service which isn't working. No- one gets back to you for days and no solution.
