My Internet connection keeps dropping out. I'm having to reset my connection several times a day.

My Internet connection keeps disappearing, and Im having to reset several times every day. This has only become a problem, after I changed my monthly Sky package recently. Please send an engineer to check, if you're unable to resolve the problem. Thank you.

@StanMall Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
