Mrs Vaida

Hello, I am writing regarding my WiFi. I pay quite a lot of money for my broadband and the rooms upstairs can not use Internet, no signal. Only downstairs. Please advise how can you sort it this problem? Another question would be, why my Sky package for Netflix increased from £15 to £28.45? Thank you. Vaida

@VaidaCarlos Posting on the Forum you are not speaking with sky, the About at the top off the screen explains it all, if you need a direct response then you would be advised to call sky direct to get the answer's to your questions, and if not so see the information about speed's etc to your home from the links below.

That could be because you have had a discount on your account that is either expiring or has expired so give Sky a call to see if they will offer you another discount if you agree to a new 24 month contract.
