Broadband not activated

I was due to have my sky new broadband activated on  Thursday the 5th of June 2025. 

This has still not happened and I've now been left without any broadband! 

I have not had one communication from you since the 6th of July. I want to know when it will be contacted please!

@Penny741  This is a customer helps customer community and as such we won't know when you'll be contacted, have you tried calling Sky?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
