Not connecting to internet but service checker says all ok

@Johhnf if the lights on the hub show that it has lost connection (see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start) the service checker will take up,to an hour to,pick that up. Once it does it can offer to book an engineer after running younthrough some checks. Calling Sky will go through a similat process.
